The Residential Building is a modern mixed-use building that combines residential apartments with commercial spaces. It is designed to offer comfort, style, and energy efficiency.

The building’s structure is supported by a durable metal substructure, ensuring strong and lasting stability. The exterior is clad with a Fundermax ventilated façade, which improves thermal insulation, protects from weather conditions, and gives the building a contemporary look.

All glass elements use GUARDIAN Glass, known for its clarity, strength, and excellent insulation properties. The project features the advanced ALUMIL M6 semi-structural façade and ALUMIL M11000, which create a clean, modern glass façade that allows plenty of natural light inside. To enhance comfort, ALUMIL M5600 sun shading systems are installed, reducing heat and glare from the sun.

High-quality PVC doors and windows provide great insulation and durability, making them suitable for both residential and commercial use. This project successfully combines innovative materials and systems to create a functional, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing space for living and business.
